Abstract

We developed the method of diagnostics of ileus in patients with disseminated peritonitis. The method is based on ratio of leucocytic index of intoxication and sum electric activity. Sum electric activity was defined by the method of peripheral electrogastroenterography. Leucocytic index of intoxication was calculated by formula of Kalf-Kallif It is marked that at non-complicated course of disseminated peritonitis manifestations of metabolic disturbances connected with ileus have reversible protective character. These manifestations are pathological link of development of enteral insufficiency.
