Abstract

Цель исследовамия. Оценка экономической эффективности системы филиалов амбулаторной медицинской организации при решении проблемы территориальной доступности. Материалы и методы. Оценка количества посещений поликлиники и вызовов скорой медицинской помощи, оценка деятельности дневного стационара поликлиники. Результаты. Экономическая эффективность достигнута за счет эффективного использования дневного стационара и уменьшения количества вызовов скорой медицинской помощи. Заключение. Разработанная модель системы филиалов поликлиники позволяет оптимально использовать финансовые потоки в здравоохранении.

The aim of the research. Assessment of the economic efficiency of the system of ambulatory medical organization branches in solving the problem of territorial availability. Materials and methods. Estimating the number of visits to clinics and emergency calls, evaluation of a day hospital clinic activity. Results. Economic efficiency is achieved through the effective use of day hospital and reduce the number of emergency calls. Conclusion. The developed model of the system of clinic branches makes optimum use of financial flows in health care.
