Сравнительное изучение нейропротекторных эффектов циклических аналогов ГАМК пирацетама, фенотропила, фепирона при экспериментальной судорожной патологии

Abstract

Циклические аналоги гамма-аминомасляной кислоты фенотропил > фепирон > пирацетам обладают нейропро-текторными и ноотропными свойствами на моделях судорог, вызванных электрошоком: уменьшают выраженность постсудорожных нарушений локомоторного, исследовательского поведения и когнитивных функций. Фенотропил > фепирон проявляют противосудорожные свойства, что может лежать в основе их нейропротекторного эффекта при судорожной патологии.

The cyclic analogs of GABA — phenotropil, phepiron, pyracetam — show anticonvulsant, neuroprotective and nootropic effects in models of convulsions induced by electric shock: they reduce the intensity of postconvulsive disorders of locomotor and exploratory behavior and cognitive functions.
