
The method to reduce salting of grinding wheels is proposed. Kinematic analysis has been applied of the crank-and-rocker mechanism designed to implement planetary grinding by means of the end face of a wheel with the variable cutting speed. Optimal ranges of speed variation have been determined.
Предложен способ уменьшения засаливания шлифовальных кругов. Проведен кинематический анализ кривошипно-коромыслового механизма, предназначенного для реализации планетарного шлифования торцом круга с переменной скоростью резания. Определены оптимальные диапазоны варьирования скоростей.
