О профилактике психологических последствий у военнослужащих, находящихся в зоне радиационной опасности

Abstract

Цель определить необходимость проведения профилактических мероприятий психологических последствий пребывания военнослужащих в зоне повышенной радиационной опасности. Материал и методы. Сведения о заболеваемости и трудопотерях работоспособного населения, проживающего в Гомельской области Республики Беларусь, до аварии на ЧАЭС и после аварии. Результаты. В первые годы после аварии установлен рост психических расстройств в 2,5 раза у населения пострадавших районов. Выявлено увеличение на 15-35%количестваслучаевзаболеванийгипертоническойболезнью,язвеннойболезньюжелудкаи12-перстной кишки. Трудопотери работающего населения по этим нозологическим формам увеличились на 15-50%. При анкетировании населения отмечено снижение производительности труда на 20-30%, связанное с ухудшением здоровья вследствие проживания на радиоактивно загрязненной местности. Выводы. У пострадавших могут возникать психосоматические заболевания и различные расстройства психики, большинству из которых требуется психологическая помощь. Лицам с нарушением эмоциональной и поведенческой сфер, с различными формами нервно-психических заболеваний, находящимся в зоне радиационного загрязнения, необходимо своевременно осуществлять мероприятия медико-психологической коррекции.

Aim. To determine the need of psychological consequences prophylaxis of military personnel exposed in an area of high radiation danger. Material and methods. Data on morbidity and labor losses of working population in the Gomel region of Belarus before the Chernobyl accident and after the accident. Results. Inthefirstyearsaftertheaccident, the growth of mental disorders in the population of the affected areas increase up to 2,5 times. Hypertension, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer increased up to 15-35% number of cases. Labor losses of the working population in these nosologies increased by 15-50%. A survey revealed that population productivity decreased by 20-30%, associated with declining health due to stay in the contaminated areas. Conclusions. Insufferedindividualspsychosomaticillnesses and various mental disorders can occur, most of them need psychological help. Persons with symptoms of emotional and behavioral disorders, different forms of neuropsychiatric diseases, located in the zone of radioactive contamination, medical and psychological correction should be carried out in a timely manner.
