Abstract

Научная проблема проведения стратегического анализа отечественного производственного предприятия обозначила необходимость развития методологии стратегического фармацевтического менеджмента с учетом факторов современной турбулентной внешней среды и особенностей лекарственных средств (ЛС) как товара. Полученные в ходе исследования результаты имеют научную и практическую направленность. В качестве оформленного выражения результатов стратегического анализа предложена структура «Стратегического меморандума».

System of quantitative indicators to assess the contribution of each of the strategic business unit (SBU) is formulated in the pharmaceutical business company. Strategic analysis of the national pharmaceutical company carried out in 4 stages: analysis of the types of business; analysis of the external environment; analysis of the internal environment; allocation of a competitive environment. The strategic direction of the investigated company is developed on the results of the SWOT-analysis.
