Abstract

Приводятся данные экспериментов по комбинированному действию нитрата и бромата натрия на элонгацию корня проростка семян латука, широко используемого в биотестировании показателя. Приведены значения ЭК 50 для каждой соли. По результатам оценки действия смесей солей изоболографическим методом сделан вывод об антагонистическом взаимодействии нитратов и броматов в проведенных экспериментах.The experimental data on the combined effect of sodium nitrate and sodium bromate to the root elongation of lettuce seedlings, test-organism, widely used in the bioassay, are presented. Effective concentration (EC50) values are given for each salt. The evaluation of the salt mixtures with isobole-based model allowed that there are the antagonistic interaction of nitrate and bromate in the experiments.
