Abstract

The slow calcium channels blockers are substrats of genetically polymorphic transporter glycoproteina-P. We was studied association caring genotypes on marker С3435Т of gene MDR1 and development serious adverse drug reactions at application of calcium channels blockers. Statistically significant distinctions in frequencies caring a TT genotype on polymorphic marker С3435Т of gene MDR1 at patients with serious adverse drug reactions at application of calcium channels blockers (n=17), in comparison with control group (n=53): 30 % vs 25 %, χ2=0,007, р=0,935.

Keywords
