The effect of immunomodulators (splenopid and splenoperfusate) obtained from pig spleen on the clinical course and immune status of patients with chronic pyelonephritis is studied. The clinical and laboratory examination and complex treatment of 141 patients with chronic pyelonephritis in during exacerbation is carried out. The justification of using the drugs of immunomodulating action containing natural cytokines splenoperfusate and splenopid in chronic pyelonephritis is shown.
