Электроосаждение сплава никель-фосфор из сульфатно-глутаратно-хлоридного электролита

Abstract

В настоящее время современная технология предъявляет высокие требования к качеству и эксплуатационной надежности деталей машин и оборудования. Для решения этого наряду с развитием новых видов защитных покрытий, совершенствуются широко распространенные электрохимические методы. Большое практическое значение имеют электрохимические сплавы металлов с неметаллами, среди которых особое место занимает сплав никель-фосфор, обладающий высокой микротвердостью и износостойкостью, мелкокристаллической структурой, а также повышенными защитными свойствами.
