Оперативно-розыскная деятельность в контексте юридической акмеологии

Abstract

В статье предпринимается попытка рассмотреть концептуальные положения юридической акмеологии в контексте задач, выполняемых оперативными подразделениями органов внутренних дел на основе исследований первой половины 90-х гг. прошлого столетия. Созданный в те годы акмеологический центр активно занимался пропагандой новой науки, уделялось значительное внимание профессиональному мышлению сотрудника ОВД. Однако в публикациях по юридической акмеологии, как правило, не делался акцент на фигуре познающего субъекта - кто он: юрист, психолог или пассивный наблюдатель, тогда как именно от фигуры познающего субъекта зависит сам характер познания и его результат. В настоящее время акмеориентированный подход и соответствующие технологии вновь востребованы, в т.ч. и для их практической реализации в деятельности оперативного сотрудника с целью совершенствования его профессиональной подготовки.

The paper attempts to examine the conceptual provisions of law in the context of Occupational tasks performed by the operational units of the Interior on the basis of studies of the first half of 90-ies of the last century.
