Abstract

The esophagoplasty at its benign diseases and cancer is performed to 171 patients (cicatrical postambustial esophageal stenosis — to 116, esophagus achalasia — to 32, peptic stricture of esophagus — to 9, esophagus cancer — to 14). Operative measures such as esophagus extirpation with gastric tube plastic (93), extirpation with plastic of the left half of colonic intestine (4), subtotal shunting esophagocoloplasty (74) are carried out. Functional results of surgical treatment are estimated according to the states of esophageal anastomoses and transplant. The «specific» states that are leading to various depression of life quality are inherent to each type of oesophagoplasty. Functional and organic abnormalities, appeared in various terms after oesophagoplasty, demand various ways of correction.
