Деятельное раскаяние и добровольный отказ от совершения преступления

Abstract

В статье подробно рассматриваются признаки добровольного отказа от совершения преступления: добровольность и окончательность. Автор присоединяется к мнению ученых, которые полагают, что добровольный отказ возможен и на стадии оконченного покушения, и приводит дополнительные доводы в пользу этого утверждения. Показаны особенности добровольного отказа от совершения преступления и его отличие от деятельного раскаяния
