This article investigates the factors affecting the process of transformation of the labor potential in the labor resources of the region. Shown that the formation of the labor potential in accordance with the strategy of social and economic development of the region is essential to its productive transformation in the labor resources.

Исследуются факторы, влияющие на процесс преобразования трудового потенциала в трудовые ресурсы региона.
