Моделирование механических испытаний для изучения сопротивления деформации при резких изменениях скорости деформации

Abstract

В данной статье описана методика моделирования механических испытаний при переменных скоростях деформации. Было проведено сравнение результатов моделирования с данными, полученными при проведении экспериментов. Расчёты выполнены в программе для моделирования и оптимизации процессов обработки материалов давлением QForm. По результатам сравнения выбраны направления дальнейших исследований, связанные с определением математических моделей сопротивления деформации, а также указаны требования к программному обеспечению для моделирования механических испытаний.

This article describes a modeling procedure of material’s mechanical test during the abrupt change of the strain rate. Simulation results were compared with the data obtained experimentally. The numerical simulation was performed in the FE-program QFORM. The paper describes the selection of areas for further research related to the definition of mathematical models of deformation resistance, and it also contains the software requirements for the simulation of mechanical tests.
