Проблемы регионализации системы профессионального образования в Республике Коми

Abstract

В статье представлен анализ процессов, связанных с кадровым обеспечением экономического и социального развития Республики Коми до 2015 года, количественной и качественной оценкой кадрового потенциала региона. Обосновывается актуальность создания механизма согласования потребностей экономики региона в кадрах и направленности профессиональной подготовки.

The paper offers an analysis of trends connected with personnel supply of economic and social development of Komi Republic till 2015, quantitative and qualitative assessment of regional personnel potential. It provides grounds for elaborating a technique allowing to meet regional economy demands for workers and main tendencies in personnel training.
