Ситуации личностного развития как предметная деятельность психолога экстренной психологической помощи

Abstract

The concept of the professional position of the psychologist of special psychological aid is given. and the need for the identification of the object of the activities of the psychologist of the special psychological aid of «situations of personal development» is substantiated, it is understood as a complex process, simultaneously biological, social, sociocultural and spiritual. Basic requirements for the professional and personal qualities of a psychologist working with the crisis situations are determined. The concept of «situation» is regarded as a reflexive stoppage of actively interacting subjects for the possibility of intensive existential communication creating the conditions of self-determination and departure from it by breaking or constructing cooperation. Crisis situations are characterized. A sequence of necessary aid depending on the type of the situation is substantiated. The basic concept of a «crisis» as a situation generating deficit of sense of further life is explained.

Дается понятие профессиональной позиции психолога экстренной психологической помощи, обосновывается необходимость выделения в качестве предметной деятельности психолога экстренной психологической помощи «ситуаций личностного развития», понимаемой как сложный процесс одновременно биологического, социального, социально-культурного и духовного; определяются основные требования к профессиональным и личностным качествам психолога, работающего с кризисными ситуациями; рассматривается понятие «ситуация» как рефлексивная остановка активно взаимодействующих субъектов для возможности интенсивной экзистенциальной коммуникации, создающей условия самоопределения и выхода из нее путем разрыва или построения коопераций; дается характеристика кризисных ситуаций и обосновывается последовательность необходимой помощи в зависимости от типа ситуации; выдвигается в качестве основного понятие «кризиса» как ситуации, порождающей дефицит смыла в дальнейшей жизни…
