Комплексный анализ динамики социально значимых психических заболеваний в условиях Дальневосточного региона

Abstract

Были исследованы случаи интоксикационных психозов и параноидной шизофрении в условиях Дальневосточного региона с целью установления роли этнокультуральных факторов в формировании клинической картины психозов и их влияния на патоморфоз, а также динамики развития дефицитарной симптоматики при шизофрении. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о значительном влиянии на психические расстройства культурально обусловленных процессов, выражающихся в особенностях структуры интоксикационных психозов и шизофрении и интенсивности трансформации их клинической картины. Анализ негативной симптоматики при параноидной шизофрении показал различный характер клинических проявлений, структуры и степени их выраженности в зависимости от этапа заболевания.

Cases of toxic psychoses and paranoid schizophrenia in the Far East region have been analyzed for the purpose of establishing ethno cultural factors in formation of clinical picture of psychoses and their infl uence on pathomorphosis, and also dynamics of development of negative semiology have been investigated in schizophrenia. The received results confi rm considerable influence of cultural processes on mental frustration, expressed in toxic psychoses structure and schizophrenia and intensity of transformation of clinical picture. The analysis of negative semiology in paranoid schizophrenia has shown various character of clinical manifestations, structures and degrees of its expressiveness depending on a disease stage.
