The present article covers the issue of Muslim political and legal thought forming and its influence on political and legal ideology of early Islam making. Period under review is limited by chronologically (VIII-XIV centuries). It was the period of Arab science prosperity connected with rapid statehood formation which was called caliphate. Review analysis was done through the lenses of two main components: actually Islamic political ideas development and extensive exteroceptive sense of antique philosophical heritage. So here some aspects were touched upon such as the traditional Islam current (Sunnism, Shiism, Kharijite) and political and legal points of view of Greek philosophy successors (Al-Farabi, Ibn Sin, Ibn Rushd, Ibn Khaldoun)
