Abstract

The paper represents research issues and work-out results received within the bounds of research works carried out according to RFBR research project № 12-0700138-а "Development of cognitive models and methods for integrated information environment formation for Arctic region safety management support of Russian Federation". A brief characteristic, distinctive features and application areas of the main scientific contributions have been considered.

В статье представлены результаты исследований, полученные в ходе выполнения работ по проекту РФФИ № 12-07-00138-а "Разработка когнитивных моделей и методов формирования интегрированной информационной среды поддержки управления безопасностью арктических регионов России". Приводится краткая характеристика основных научных результатов, рассматриваются их особенности и области применения.
