Повышение конкурентоспособности железнодорожного транспорта путём снижения транспортно-логистических издержек

Abstract

На сегодня железнодорожный транспорт, к сожалению, теряет свои позиции на рынке грузоперевозок, отдавая грузы другим видам транспорта. Для возврата к прежним результатам и их преумножению участники транспортно-логистического рынка должны предпринять решительные действия по созданию конкурентоспособных услуг и привлечению клиентов. В настоящей статье рассматриваются причины проблемы, приводится краткий анализ транспортного рынка и транспортно-логистических издержек, тенденции их развития, а также обосновывается необходимость разработки нового транспортного решения на основе комбинированных перевозок. Данный вид транспортных услуг пока не очень развит в России в связи с рядом проблем, которые также рассматриваются в настоящей статье.

Regretfully, today the railroad transport loses its share on the market of cargo transportation, giving way to other types of transportation. To go back to the previous results and for future development of railroad cargo transportation the participants of transport and logistics market should take decisive actions to create a competitive services and to attract the clients. This article describes the problem causes, provides a brief analysis of transportation market and the transport and logistics costs, presents its development trends, and demonstrates the necessity of development of the new transport decision based on combinational transportation.
