The role of changе contents of microelements (copper, zinc, strontium) in metabolism of bone tissue in patients with chronic generalized paradontosis is shown on the basis of atom-absorptional spectrophotometry of bone specimens of alveolar process. It is found that deficiency of zinc and copper, as well as strontium excess, slow down processes of bone generation and activate destructive processes in bone tissue.
