Особенности оценки и управления рисками в инновационных проектах

Abstract

The methodological and methodical bases of risk management in innovative projects. Classification of risks. Types of risks depending on the stage of realization of the innovative project. Investigated the factors contributing to the emergence of risk situations. The basic techniques of risk management of innovation projects. Proposed criteria for the choice of the innovative project to implement in the real sector of the economy.

В статье излагаются методологические и методические основы управления рисками в инновационных проектах. Рассмотрена классификация рисков. Виды рисков в зависимости от стадии реализации инновационного проекта. Исследованы факторы, способствующие возникновению рисковых ситуаций. Основные приемы управления рисками инновационных проектов. Предложены критерии выбора инновационного проекта для внедрения в реальный сектор экономики.
