Abstract

В статье рассмотрена частная сфера социально-правовой реальности как область социального бытия, в которой право как системный социальный феномен преломляется в групповом и индивидуальном сознании.

The paper explores the private sphere of social and legal reality as an area of social life in which the law as the system social phenomenon refracts in group and individual consciousness.
