Исследование жирнокислотного состава листьев, цветков и корней мать-и-мачехи обыкновенной

Abstract

С помощью газовой хроматографии изучен качественный состав и установлено количественное содержание жирных кислот в листьях, цветках и корнях мать-и-мачехи. В результате исследований в листьях мать-и-мачехи идентифицировано 13, в цветках -12, а в корнях 10 жирных кислот. Установлено, что во всех изучаемых объектах преобладают ненасыщенные жирные кислоты, а именно линолевая и линоленовая.
