Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы, связанные с процессом планирования на муниципальном уровне; анализируются современные тенденции и проблемы формирования комплексной муниципальной системы планирования; обосновывается необходимость при формировании документов планирования и их реализации применения механизмов координации и взаимодействия между видами и системами планирования.The article deals with current issues related to the planning process at the municipal level, analyzes current trends and challenges of forming an integrated municipal planning system, justifies the need for the formation of planning documents and implementation of mechanisms or coordination and interaction between species and systems planning.
