В статье рассматриваются некоторые актуальные проблемы реализации конституционной нормы о законности в условиях провозглашения независимости судебной власти и равенства всех перед законом и судом; исследуются внешние и внутренние факторы воздействия на отправление правосудия в Российской Федерации. Показано влияние подобного воздействия на принятие законного итогового решения по делу, на реализацию принципа законности в целом.
In this article is devoted to some actual problems of realization of the constitutional norm about legality are considered. In this position external and internal factors of impact on administration of justice in the Russian Federation was been investigated in detail. It is shown the effect of such influence on making a conclusive legal decision on the matter and on applying the principle of legality as a whole.
