
The article deals with the phenomenon of communicative rationality, interpreted as an element of political technologies, mechanism of political communication and as a part of strategic communication. It is separated from the phenomenon of rational communication, carried out their brief comparative analysis. The effectiveness of communicative rationality, its capacity limits are illustrated at the examples of constructing a political communication space camp by BRICS, the EU and Ukraine.
В статье рассмотрен феномен коммуникативной рациональности, интерпретируемый как элемент политических технологий, механизм политической коммуникации и как часть стратегической коммуникации. Он отделен от феномена рациональной коммуникации, проведен их краткий сопоставительный анализ. Эффективность коммуникативной рациональности, ее возможности пределы проиллюстрированы на примерах конструирования политического коммуникативного пространства стан БРИКС, ЕС, Украины.
