Abstract

Отстаивается тезис о т ом, что с тимулирование, о беспечивая реализацию и согласование экономических интересов, является основой хозяйственного механизма в природопользовании. Ориентация стимулирования на учет порога экологической безопасности и противоречивые интересы позволяет обосновать меру экономической ответственности субъектов природопользования, обеспечивая бесконфликтное взаимодействие природы и общества.In article it is assert thesis that stimulation as process of realization and agreement the economic interests is the basis of economic machinery in the nature of user. It is proved that orientation for stimulation on the threshold of ecological security and on conflicting of economic interests will allow to base the measure of economic responsibility for natural users and to prevent conflict in relations between peoples and nature.
