Применение фильтров Савицкого-Голея для обработки вольтамперных характеристик зондов Ленгмюра

Abstract

Рассмотрен вопрос об использовании дифференцирующих фильтров Савицкого-Голея для восстановления функции распределения электронов по энергии (ФРЭЭ) из вольтамперных характеристик (ВАХ) ленгмюровских зондов. На модельных зон-довых характеристиках исследуется точность восстановления ФРЭЭ с помощью данных фильтров. Проводится сравнение с результатами, полученными методом регуляризации А.Н. Тихонова. Обсуждается вопрос об определении потенциала пространства методом цифровой фильтрации.

The use of Savitzky-Golay differentiation filters for reconstruction of the electron energy distribution function (EEDF) from Langmuir probe current-voltage (I-V) characteristics is examined. With these filters the accuracy of EEDF reconstruction is tested on model probe characteristics. A comparison of EEDFs with ones, obtained by Tikhonov regularization is perfomed. The question about determining of the space potential by the digital filtering method is discussed.
