Abstract

В данной статье автором рассмотрены общие проблемы развития источников международного гражданского процессуального права во всем мире. Также отдельное внимание уделено анализу законодательства РФ в области международного гражданского процессуального права. Кроме этого в рамках рассматриваемого вопроса был проанализирован и принятый 03 ноября 2015 г. № 297-ФЗ «О юрисдикционных иммунитетах иностранного государства и имущества иностранного государства в Российской Федерации».
