Abstract

The article deals with the activity of United Nations Commission on international trade law (UNCITRAL) as a mechanism of international trade law unification. The documents under investigation were developed by UNICITRAL and are devoted to law regulation of international trade: conventions, standard laws, comments, and general law manuals.

В статье рассматривается деятельность Комиссии ООН по праву международной торговли (ЮНСИТРАЛ) как механизма унификации права международной торговли, исследуются основные документы по правовому регулированию международной торговли, разработанные ЮНСИТРАЛ: конвенции, типовые законы, комментарии, общие правовые руководства и др.
