Формирование института народного представительства в Российской Империи

Abstract

The issues on representation of the people Institute formation in Russian empire come under review in this work. The author performs analysis of electoral system, used at the elections of lawmakers for pre-revolutionary State Dumas. The deputy mandate and Intraparliamentary associations are also studied in the paper.

В работе рассматриваются вопросы становления института народного представительства в Российской Империи. Автор анализирует избирательную систему, использовавшуюся на выборах депутатов дореволюционных государственных дум, исследует природу депутатского мандата, изучает внутрипарламентские объединения.
