
В статье рассмотрены некоторые способы совершения преступлений в сфере авторского и смежных прав в сети «Интернет». Проведен анализ наиболее часто встречающихся способов совершения преступлений в области интеллектуальных прав и рассмотрены особенности данных правонарушений. Рассмотрена классификация способов совершения преступлений в сфере авторского и смежных прав в сети «Интернет».
The article considers some ways of committing crimes in the sphere of copyright and related rights on the Internet.
