Abstract

В статье рассмотрены некоторые способы совершения преступлений в сфере авторского и смежных прав в сети «Интернет». Проведен анализ наиболее часто встречающихся способов совершения преступлений в области интеллектуальных прав и рассмотрены особенности данных правонарушений. Рассмотрена классификация способов совершения преступлений в сфере авторского и смежных прав в сети «Интернет».

The article considers some ways of committing crimes in the sphere of copyright and related rights on the Internet. The analysis of the most frequent ways of committing crimes in the field of intellectual property rights and describes the features of these offences. Classification of methods of committing crimes in the sphere of copyright and related rights on the Internet.
