Моделирование многопараметрической системы стимулирования рабочих прессового производства ОАО «АвтоВАЗ»

Abstract

В работе исследована действующая система стимулирования рабочих прессового производства АО "АВТОВАЗ", которая включает оплату по тарифу и доплаты за условия труда, напряженность норм труда, выполнение нормированного задания, качество. В соответствии с методологией теории активных систем произведена математическая постановка многопараметрической задачи материального стимулирования. В качестве элементов согласования интересов в системе рассмотрены доплаты за выполнение нормированного задания, качество, культуру производства. При решении многопараметрических задач стимулирования не удается найти реакцию агента в виде аналитической функции, зависящей от вектора параметров системы стимулирования. Для решения таких задач в данной статье предлагается численный алгоритм, основанный на градиентном методе.
