This work is dedicated to research of the nature of the positive aspect of the legal responsibility in the criminal trial, as well as its correlation with negative responsibility. Also, the arguments presented in favor of the existence of positive responsibility.
Исследуется сущность позитивного аспекта уголовно-процессуальной ответственности и ее место в уголовном процессе, а также соотношение с ответственностью негативной. Приводятся аргументы в пользу существования позитивной ответственности.
