Представительный характер законодательных органов государственной власти дальневосточных субъектов Российской Федерации: проблемы и решения

Abstract

In this article the author considers essential and necessary features of a representative body and reflects on the problem whether legislative (representative) public authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Far East federal district correspond to the given features. Besides, the article raises a number of important problems connected with the quality of representativity of legislative (representative) public authorities of the Far East subjects of the Russian Federation, and offers the ways how to decide them.
