Abstract

The article presents the fundamental systematization of positive and negative consequences of the implementation of measures of state regulation of the agricultural market in the face of international sanctions. The author´s assessment of the effectiveness and the validity of the introduction of the food embargo. It is proved that the process of import substitution is classified as complex, systemic issues that objectively require a certain time period. In this connection, it is not possible in the mode of instant results, necessary and justified in the first phase of the revision of the structure of importers, which is what happens at the present time, with a gradual increase in the proportion of domestic products, whose production is a priority form of modern agrarian policy, built on the model of reasonable import substitution.
