Научная конструкция юридической процессуальной формы и ее виды

Abstract

В статье представлена авторская позиция интерпретации юридической процессуальной формы на основе доктринальных источников. Данный правовой феномен проанализирован с позиции позитивного влияния на режим законности в государстве, функционирование публичных властных структур, институт ответственности государственных служащих и должностных лиц. Также осуществлена классификация юридической процессуальной формы.

The article presents the author’s interpretation of the legal position of the form of action on the basis of the doctrinal sources. This phenomenon is analyzed in the legal position of the positive impact on the regime of the law in the state, the functioning of public authorities, the institution responsible civil servants and officials. Also carried out a classification of legal procedural form.
