АНАЛИЗ КОНСТРУКТИВНЫХ РЕШЕНИЙ ПРИ РЕКОНСТРУКЦИИ КРУПНОПАНЕЛЬНЫХ ЗДАНИЙ

Abstract

The article deals with the basic designs of the modernization and reconstruction of large-panel buildings of the first mass developments. The authors chose an optimum way to improve the seismic stability of buildings of a series of 1-335c with the outer bearing wall panels made of aerocrete-ash concrete used in the Irkutsk region. The unloading of bearing one-layer aerocrete-ash concrete panels with the help of prestressed metal columns and the construction of reinforced concrete rigidity diaphragms improve the seismic stability of a building till standard required value even in the case of the strength reduction of aerocrete-ash concrete panels.

Рассмотрены основные конструктивные решения модернизации и реконструкции крупнопанельных зданий первых массовых застроек. Выбран оптимальный способ повышения сейсмостойкости зданий серии 1-335с с наружными несущими стеновыми панелями из газозолобетона, эксплуатируемых в Иркутской области. Показано, что разгружение несущих однослойных газозолобетонных панелей с помощью преднапряженных металлических колонн и устройство железобетонных диафрагм жесткости здания доводят сейсмостойкость здания до нормативно требуемого значения даже в случае снижения прочности газозолобетона панелей.
