The practice of functioning of modern political formations shows that the absence of political-communicative interaction between government and society in the country contributes to the destabilization of the socio-political situation and the decline in the quality of political governance. Of particular relevance, the issue becomes when considering the domestic political reality. It should be noted that the mass protests of the Russians, held in 2011-2012 were caused not only by the results of the recent parliamentary and presidential elections, but also emerging in the country the system of power relations. According to the majority of inhabitants of modern Russia society is excluded from the process of elaboration and adoption of political and administrative decisions in the country. Of course, the folding model of political relations could have a negative impact on the political and socio-economic situation in the Russian Federation. In this regard, the Russian political elite is recommended to think about the prospects of implemented policies and create the conditions for the formation of an effective dialogue between the authorities and society in the country.

Практика функционирования современных политических образований свидетельствует, что отсутствие политико-коммуникативного взаимодействия власти и общества в стране способствует дестабилизации общественно-политической обстановки и снижению качества политического управления. Особую актуальность эта проблематика приобретает при рассмотрении отечественной политической действительности. Следует отметить, что массовые протестные выступления россиян, проходившие в 2011-2012 гг. были обусловлены не только результатами прошедших парламентских и президентских выборов, но и складывающейся системой властных отношений. По мнению большинства жителей современной России, общество исключено из процесса выработки и принятия политико-управленческих решений. Безусловно, складывающаяся модель политических отношений может оказать негативное воздействие на политическую и социально-экономическую ситуацию в РФ. В связи с этим политической элите рекомендуется задуматься о перспективах реализуемой ими политики и создать условия для формирования эффективного диалога власти и общества в стране.
