К вопросу о коммерциализации адвокатуры

Abstract

In article the pressing questions connected with commercialization of legal profession of Russia are considered. The expediency of legislative fastening of the right of lawyers is proved to render the qualified legal aid not only on its own behalf, but also on behalf of lawyer formations. Necessity of legislative fastening of creation of lawyer formations in the form of the commercial organisations is underlined.

В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы, связанные с коммерциализацией адвокатуры России. Обосновывается целесообразность законодательного закрепления права адвокатов оказывать квалифицированную юридическую помощь не только от своего имени, но и от имени адвокатских образований. Подчеркивается необходимость законодательного закрепления создания адвокатских образований в форме коммерческих организаций.
