Abstract

The packaging processes of bulk materials in flexible containers are examined. Family of lever-hinged gripping devices (LHGD) is developed for automation of capture, opening, retention at filling and closing for broaching of bags. LHGD contain lever-hinged mechanism with grippers in the form of fingers and drive of their move as one or several pneumocylinders. Mode of functioning of such devices is described. LHGD can be used on transfer lines of packaging of bulk materials in soft container such as bags.

Рассмотрен процесс расфасовки сыпучих материалов в мягкую тару. Для автоматизации захвата, раскрытия, удержания при наполнении и закрытия для прошивки мешков разработано семейство рычажношарнирных захватных устройств (РШЗУ), содержащих рычажно-шарнирный механизм с захватами в виде пальцев и привод их перемещения в виде одного или нескольких пневмоцилиндров. Описан принцип действия таких устройств. РШЗУ могут применяться на автоматических линиях расфасовки сыпучих материалов в мягкую тару типа мешков.
