Abstract

The concept under study is presented from the viewpoint of the following components: conceptual, figurative, cate-gorial and non-verbal. Each aspect has been researched extensively. The study shows that non-verbal component is the most culturally marked of the four. Which on one hand, points at the universal nature of the first three components, and on the other hand, exhibits the priority of non-verbal representation of the concept.
