Динамика активности трансаминаз в организме импортированных коров на фоне применения хитозана

Abstract

In the work we studied the effect of chitosan with a molecular weight of 120 kDa and stepenu deacetylation of 81% on the activity of enzymes transamination. It is established that the application of chitosan contributed to the reduction in catalytic activity transaminaz to values of specific norms.

В работе изучено влияние хитозана с молекулярной массой 120 кДа и стпенью деацетилирования 81% на активность ферментов переаминирования. Установлено, что применение хитозана способствовало снижению каталитической активности трансаминаз до величин видовой нормы.
