Abstract

Th ere has been presented the review of the scientifi c publications about relationship of induced radiation chromosomal aberrations and genetic polymorphism of xenobiotic biotransformation enzymes and DNA reparation over a 2000-2011 years. It has been revealed that in the conditions of radiation infl uence in vivo and in vitro with a higher level of chromosome aberrations in blood lymphocytes various polymorphic genetic markers are associated.
