Abstract

Data on the development of internal organs of steers with different genotypes and the quality of raw hide are suggested in the article. It is pointed out that all the animals under study had well developed internal organs. The raw hide of all the slaughtered animals was of high quality and it posessed high commodity-technological properties. Moreover it is established that the triple-cross hybrids showed superior values in the parameters under study as compared with the pure bred and double-cross animals of the same age.
