О балансе интересов государства и государственной корпорации как экономического собственника

Abstract

In article the technique of an estimation of efficiency of the state corporation taking into account its multilevel organizational structure, and also variety of interests which the proprietor in the name of the state has in relation to corporation is considered.

В статье рассмотрена методика оценки эффективности государственной корпорации с учетом ее многоуровневой организационной структуры, а также многообразия интересов, которые имеет по отношению к корпорации собственник в лице государства.
