
Проведено полисомническое исследование дневного сна у 25 детей с абсансными и 11 – с парциальными эпилептическими пароксизмами. Показано превалирование таламо-кортикальных влияний над каудальными, способствующими возникновению или усилению эпилептической активности. Это подтверждено увеличением длительности 1и 2 стадий медленного сна, уменьшением быстрого сна. Во время 4 стадии медленного сна при бессудорожных эпилептических припадках у детей подавлялась эпилептическая активность.
Research of a day dream at 25 children with absences and 11 – with partsialny epileptic paroxysms is conducted. The prevalence of talamo-corticaly influences promoting emergence or strengthening of epileptic activity is shown. It is confirmed with increase of 1и 2 stages of a slow dream, reduction of a REM sleep. Epileptic activity was suppressed during 4 stage of slow dream.
