Группировка националистов и проблема бедности в США конца XVIII в

Abstract

Автор исследует взгляды американских теоретиков XVIII в. на происхождение проблемы бедности и пути ее преодоления. Автор доказывает, что для лидеров группировки националистов наиболее важным представлялось не бороться с бедностью, а предотвратить ее углубление в США. Наиболее существенным шагом в этом направлении они считали федеральную конституцию 1787 г.
